If You’re New To The World Of Workflow Queen
THANK YOU for being here! February 2024 will mark 4 years of business and I literally can’t believe how far it’s come since I started it as a side biz to my bookkeeping firm. And if you’re familiar with what we do around here, or you’re already in one of our programs — we appreciate you sooooo much!
It’s super important to note that all of our programs are geared towards bookkeepers, accountants, CPAs, tax preparers, and other finance pros who own their own firm. It’s totally okay if you’re still working your 9 to 5 and you’re building your business on the side, but in order to be a good fit for what we offer, you at least have to have the intention of working for yourself in some capacity.
Kickoff with Asana for Bookkeepers & Accountants
This is the very first program I ever created and it’s still our signature offer here at Workflow Queen. I created it out of necessity, because I was still running my very first firm and a team, and I was struggling to keep up with everything. I was trying to do everything from memory, and taking any time off seemed like an impossible dream. I HAD to figure out a way to create repeatable systems and manage my tasks in a sustainable way.
Once I figured out how to do it, I templated my process and created a course so I could share it with other industry rockstars! The beauty of this program is that it supports you in all aspects of your life, not just serving your clients. Yes, you need to put out great client work, but you also need systems in other places of your life to make sure you have the energy to give a premium client experience.
And yes, it’s okay if you don’t use Asana as your project management system of choice. I use it and love it, but you can still use our templates and methods in ClickUp or whatever other PM system you like. Just note that our team can’t support with any other project management system except Asana.
Who it’s for
As soon as you’ve started feeling the effects of managing clients and feeling the overwhelm that comes with serving clients without solid systems in place, you’re ready for Kickoff with Asana! You don’t technically have to have a single client in order to get the benefits of the program. I’ve definitely had clients jump in and get everything set up before signing any clients so they can start their firm with confidence. But I’ve also had people with 100 clients go through the whole program and set up their systems within a weekend!
When you invest in Kickoff with Asana, you’re getting everything you need to set up Asana for your own firm, import the included templates, and start feeling a weight lift off your shoulders. Fun fact: I still use the exact same templates in my own firm that I’ve included in the program!
Workflows in a Weekend for Bookkeepers & Accountants
Once Kickoff with Asana was selling and making a real impact on our industry, I wanted to create something to act as a stepping stone into exactly what workflows are and how to capture them on your own. It’s our most affordable program, and a perfect introduction to me and my teaching style. I highly recommend grabbing this self-paced program if you’re freshly in business or you’re exploring how to create your own systems and processes from scratch. It’s less than 50 bucks (USD) at the time of this recording, and you can get through the content in less than a weekend (which is how it got its name!).
Who it’s for
Brand new firm owners who want to start building workflows from the get-go. It’s NEVER too early to start documenting your processes and systematize your business. Because even if you don’t have a team, or don’t think you want one in the future, you need to create repeatable processes so you’re not storing everything in your head (I know from experience!).
Breakthrough for Bookkeepers & Accountants
And finally, my all-time favorite program. Not only because it’s the most fun and interactive, but because we’ve been able to create the most wins for our students inside of Breakthrough. I built this program when I realized that my Kickoff with Asana students were still facing challenges that go beyond the project management system.
Things like: How do I hire team members? What do I pay them? How do I run team meetings? What OTHER systems do I need in my business? What is the whole onboarding process supposed to look like? How do I remove myself from the day to day work and not be involved? How do I create an emergency plan? And the list goes on and on.
So I created a group coaching program to answer all of those questions and help firm owners literally step away (completely unplugged) for vacation or a leave of absence while their business is still thriving in the background.
