Alyssa here, and I’m beyond excited to finally share some big shifts we’ve been working on here at Workflow Queen. After nearly five years, I’ve had a chance to really sit down, reflect, and think about where I want this business to go and how we can make an even bigger impact for all of you.

As Workflow Queen has grown, I realized I wanted to create something more than just systems and tech automation for bookkeepers and accountants. Don’t get me wrong—I love a good workflow, but I wanted to look at the big picture. My biz bestie, Serena Shoup 👤 from Ambitious Bookkeeper, has been an absolute gem, helping me dig deep into what we want this space to be about.
So, here’s the deal: I realized Workflow Queen needed to do more than just teach tools. We needed to help bookkeepers and accountants (like you) create sustainable, burnout-proof businesses that work for you. It’s time for us to help you tackle it all—the offers, systems, and team building that make a real difference in your day-to-day life and long-term business growth.
New Direction: From Systems to a Full Circle Approach 🚀
We’re going beyond tech and automation (though we’re keeping those too!) to help you build a thriving business that feels good to run.
Here’s the new game plan:
Offers: We’re diving into pricing, packaging, and how to make sure your offers align with what you’re worth. We want you to feel confident setting prices that reflect your value and help you land clients who get you.
Systems: We’re still your go-to for tech, but now with even more tools and strategies! For example, we’re launching a Content Snare program 💻 to help you streamline client requests, onboarding, and monthly processes. Get on the waitlist if you’re ready for fewer back-and-forth emails!
Team Development: Growing your team is one of the most powerful ways to scale, but it takes a plan.
